Warranties and Return Policy All sales are final. Retail Software and all software sold through Seaport Software are not returnable. As software and hardware are customized individually, there is a no cancellation policy. Please take the time to receive your items in against the packing slip provided upon receipt of your order. All hardware is custom ordered and is not returnable. Hardware purchased through Seaport Software carries original manufacturer’s limited warranties. Upon receipt of your order, please open all cartons IMMEDIATELY and inspect. You are responsible to unpack and test all equipment upon receipt; certain electronic components can suffer damage that is not obvious upon visual inspections. If damaged in shipping, please refuse from the delivering carrier.     Unused defective merchandise must be returned to Seaport Software within 7 days of delivery to your site for replacement only. A Return Merchandise Authorization, obtained by calling Seaport Software at 918-258-8611, must accompany all returns. All merchandise must be packed in its original carton with original packaging, manuals, cables, etc. No item will be accepted for repair or replacement unless it is in its original new salable condition.    We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment and that you use a carrier than can provide you with proof of delivery. We cannot issue credit for items lost or damaged in return shipment. All shipping and handling and labor charges are non-refundable. Please register your hardware as requested by the Manufacturer, as well as safe keeping your receipt. This will insure repairs and warranties may be done with ease if needed.
